Principal may terminate agency agreement for serious breach by the agent, provided that principal notifies agent of termination immediately. Agent has an equivalent right. If agent is exclusive, agent can terminate agency agreement if principal uses the services of another commercial agent. If an exclusive agent offers the services to other persons, principal is entitled to repudiate the contract.
