Meet the team...

Rachel is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Department.  Rachel has particular expertise in advising on the provisions of the Commercial Agents Regulations, acting for both principals defending claims made by terminated agents and terminated agents seeking to obtain compensation or an indemnity from their former principals.

Since joining the agentlaw team, Rachel has undertaken three mediations of agency disputes each of which resulted in a settlement.  Her most recent mediation resulted in the agent obtaining a significant six figure compensation payment from its principal.

Rachel has also spoken at a number of our annual Commercial Agents Regulations seminars
