Commercial Agents Regulations Seminar 2010

The economy remains as competitive as ever and doing business successfully remains a challenge.  It is therefore important that poor performing and “high maintenance” agents are managed out for the good of the principal’s business.

This year’s Commercial Agents Regulations seminar will look at the actions principals can take.  However, agents will also recognise the opportunity to be forewarned!

Our panel of experts will address:

  •  Reasonable instructions – how the giving of reasonable instructions may help the principal to a low cost termination of an agent.
  • More tips for managing out agents and what to do if faced with an agent’s claim.
  • Retiring agents – why ageing agents can take advantage of their principals and what can be done about it.
