During this uncertain time, the safety, health and well-being of our people, clients, friends, business partners and the wider community is of utmost importance to us.

Our priorities are in line with our firm’s values: to protect our people; to ensure great client service, wherever our clients and staff are located; to be prepared as a firm and to continue our commitment to our clients, demonstrating our values of open communication, and integrity and professionalism, and building and developing our friendly, strong relationships.

The majority of our lawyers and staff are now working remotely and communicating electronically. Our IT infrastructure is in place to ensure smooth communications and secure access to documents. Our team is fully accessible by phone and email to provide the service our clients expect. Whilst we are seeking to keep face to face meetings to a minimum, our office is open, and if a meeting is essential we will continue to practice social distancing.

At the beginning of this month we suspended international business travel, and people who have returned from high risk countries have been required to work from home for a two-week period. We have postponed the events that were due to be held in our office until further notice.

During this period, we will be communicating regularly with our people to ensure they are informed of developments and our response as a business. As always, our partners and lawyers are available to you: please do not hesitate to get in touch with any questions or issues you may wish to discuss with us. We will be working together across our firm to support our people and our clients.

Our employment, financial services, commercial and immigration experts have written about the impact of COVID-19 on businesses and the links to these articles are below.
