Roderick is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution department and a qualified solicitor advocate.

Roderick has extensive experience  of advising on the Commercial Agents Regulations having been involved in a number of high profile commercial agency disputes for major blue chip clients, some of which have run to major trials in the high courts and which have resulted in very favourable outcomes for clients. Roderick has also advised clients on other agency-related matters, often for the purpose of avoiding litigation and/or strengthening a client's position when faced with the threat of legal proceedings. Rod's approach is always pragmatic and firmly focused on achieving a commercially sound outcome for the client.  

In respect of commercial disputes generally, Roderick has handled a number of substantial and complex disputes in the high courts, in arbitration and mediation involving breach of contract, fraud, corporate governance and employment. Roderick has also been frequently quoted in the press on litigation funding issues and is an active member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association.

Roderick lives in West London and enjoys escaping to the country whenever possible. His interests include golf, skiing and travel.
