Emma graduated from the University of Oxford in 2000 with an honours degree in English Language and Literature.  After spending nearly a year working for a recruitment consultancy, she completed the Solicitors professional exams at the College of Law in London, gaining a Distinction for both her Graduate Diploma of Law and her Legal Practice Course.

Emma trained at Fox Williams, qualifying into the Dispute Resolution department in September 2005.  As a member of the agentlaw team, she advises principals and agents in connection with a variety of disputes.  Recently, she advised a leading menswear designer in relation to a claim by a former commercial agent, in addition to acting for a manufacturer and designer of urban clothing in connection with litigation with a former head agent based in Italy.

From a personal view

Outside work, Emma enjoys going to the theatre and the ballet, as well as meeting up with friends.
