Evie’s experience varies across the commercial litigation spectrum, including: contractual disputes, shareholder and director disputes, High Court employment disputes (including breach of post termination restrictive covenants, breach of confidence and bonus disputes), financial services matters and civil fraud disputes (including misappropriation of assets, deceit and fraudulent misrepresentation).
Evie has worked on matters in the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union. She also has arbitration experience (LCIA, AAA, UNICTRAL and the Arbitration Act 1996).

Acted for a downstream petroleum company in claims regarding its share in various joint operations in airports for the provision of aviation fuel. The disputes relate primarily to the construction of the contracts.
The Software Incubator Ltd v Computer Associates UK Limited. Acted for the Claimant seeking statutory compensation and other payments pursuant to the Commercial Agent (Council Directive) Regulations 1993 (the “Regulations”) and damages for breach of contract.
Acted for a Japanese company in a multi-million pound High Court claim against former directors, advisers and UK and British Virgin Islands companies for damages for loss suffered and the return of shares misappropriated by those directors and advisers.
